I received an incorrect coupon.
Sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, mistakes do happen from time to time. Just submit your support ticket and give us as much detail as possible.
My Redemption PIN/Code does not work.
Most of the time, it's just because it's not getting typed correctly. Please double check to make sure you're typing in the correct Redemption PIN/Code (Redemption PIN Example: GRPAA1234567890). If you are still not able to use your PIN, please fill out a customer support request and we will help you as best we can.
I can’t login to Grocery Reward Program.
Typically if you aren't able to login, it's because you haven't registered your Reward PIN or Code. You'll need to register your PIN before you can access your account (Redemption PIN Example: GRPAA1234567890). You should have received an email or a notification in the mail with this information.
If you have already registered your account, you can login using your phone number and zip code that you provided during the registration process.
How much does the program cost?
If you’ve made a qualifying purchase and received a one-time grocery coupon reward, it doesn’t cost you anything.
When will I receive my coupons?
Typically, it takes us about 24 hours to process, clip, and ship your clipped coupon order. From there, depending on where you're located, your coupons should arrive in 4-6 business days.
Can someone call me?

Does my reward expire?
Your grocery coupon reward never expires. Take as much time as you’d like! You can also use your entire reward all at once or a little over time.
I don’t know how to checkout.
Once you’ve added coupons to your cart, you can either checkout by clicking on the white shopping cart on the right side of the page or the pop-up that says “View Cart”. Confirm your selected coupons, confirm your shipping details, and click on the “Order Now” button at the bottom of the page to place your order.
Do I have to use all of my grocery coupon reward at once?
Your grocery coupon reward never expires. Take as much time as you’d like! You can also use your entire reward all at once or a little over time.
I want to cancel.
IMPORTANT: You cannot cancel your account just by submitting this support ticket online.
If you are a monthly reward customer, you can cancel by calling customer service. Their phone number is 973-287-5159 and they are available Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 8:00 pm EST, Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.

I have a billing question.
Grocery Reward Program is a reward program. We do not do any billing. Your reward was provided to you by another company and that company is not Grocery Reward Program. If you have a billing question, you will need to contact the company that provided this reward to you. NOTE: Online support cannot cancel any payment, subscription, or enrollment that provided you this reward.
What if I have more than one Redemption PIN?
That's not a problem! Once you've redeemed your first Grocery Reward Program Redemption Code and registered an account, just visit this page to redeem additional Redemption Codes and increase your grocery coupon reward value.
